At HeatX India, every product is custom-printed and made on demand. We create each item specifically for you, ensuring uniqueness, premium quality, and attention to detail. Due to our made-to-order production process, we do not offer returns under normal circumstances.

However, we understand that damages may occasionally occur during shipping. Please review our refund and damage resolution guidelines below.

Damaged Products Upon Delivery

Inspection at Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting your package in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice any visible damage, tampering, or mishandling of the package, please do not accept the delivery.

Refusal of Damaged Packages

If the package appears visibly damaged upon arrival, refusing the delivery will help us process your replacement or refund request more efficiently.

Refunds or Replacements for Accepted Damaged Products

Mandatory Unboxing Video

If you discover that your product is damaged after accepting the package, you must provide a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video. This video serves as proof for our shipping partners and is required to process any damage claim.

Report Within 24 Hours

Any damage-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Exclusions

No Returns for Custom Orders

Since all HeatX India products are custom-made and personalized on demand, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, personal preference, or order cancellation after production has begun.

No Claims Without Proof

Refunds or replacements cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product.

Refund Process

If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
