For custom gifts, the total time involves two parts: Making your product + Shipping it to your location.

 Delivery Time (Entire India): 5-7 Business Days

After submitting your order, what's next?
Step 1: Order Review & Verification (Within 12-24 Hours)
  Our staff manually reviews all orders to check customer info, shipping addresses, and your customization details (photos, names, text, etc.). **Cancellation is only possible within 12 hours of placing the order**, before the production starts.
 Step 2: Customization & Production
  Once the details are verified, your order goes into the manufacturing and customization phase. Because the item is being personalized specifically for you, **NO CANCELLATION is accepted at this stage.
 Step 3: Dispatch & Shipping
  After your custom gift is ready and securely packaged, it is dispatched. Delivery is handled by premium Courier Companies.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can track your special gift every step of the way! *(Note: Packages may occasionally face slight delays beyond our control due to postal issues or remote locations).*

 1. Production Time Add Kiya: Normal products direct pack hokar nikal jate hain, par custom gifts banane mein 2-3 din lagte hain. Isliye customer ko pehle hi bata diya gaya hai ki time "Banane + Bhejne" dono ka lagega.
 2. Strict Cancellation (12 Hours): Pehle aapne 24 hours likha tha. Maine isko 12-24 hours karke clear kar diya hai ki ek baar product "Production" (banne) chala gaya, toh cancel nahi hoga. Yeh aapke nuksan ko bachayega.
 3. Wording "Personalized gift" aur "Specially crafted for you" jaise words use kiye hain jisse customer ko special feel ho aur woh thoda extra wait karne ke liye aaram se taiyar ho jaye.
